Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including brokers, agents, wholesalers, and other investors, to expand our network and access exclusive investment opportunities.
Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and economic factors that may impact real estate investments.
Prepare detailed investment packages and presentations to present to management team.
Manage and maintain accurate records of investment properties, including financials, contracts, and due diligence documents.
