Rockstar Closer and Video Sales letter creator

Hello!
I am the founder and CEO of solum media, a short-form content agency.
We are looking to scale aggressively in the next 3-15 months and need your help doing it.
We are looking for 1-2 extremely skilled closers who have at least a 50% close rate who can also create 1-3 looms (video sales letters, training will be provided) for our prospective clients per day.
Your job will consist of taking sales calls (eventually 1-3 per day) and creating looms for our prospective clients (1-3 looms per day). We are looking for someone who can handle this kind of volume, is responsive, coachable, speaks well, does not have a hard accent and accepts feedback, and operates quickly.
Pay:
-You will be paid a 15% commission for every deal you close (our packages range from $200cad-$3000cad so you can expect $30cad-$450cad per deal you close
-You will be paid $15 per loom you create that leads to a deal you close. So you will be paid $15 if the loom you create leads to a meeting and you close the deal
As you can see, the payment is completely reliant on your skill as a VSL creator and closer. We find this is the best payment method when onboarding someone new onto our team as we do not want to limit you to a salary and allow you room to grow and earn more for yourself.
Full training will be provided for every part of the job
