Real Estate Cold Caller

****This role is centered around cold calling owners of land, determining if they are interested in selling their land, then determining the value of the land and if their asking price is good or bad for us or seeing if they are agreeable to your rough initial offer!****


You will:
1. Make outbound calls on an automatic dialer to prospects
2. Quickly value property and base response or offer to prospects on value of property.
3. Field any inbound calls from our other marketing channels and from return calls from your calls outbound
4. Funnel qualified leads from initial responses to a sales manager for the close.

Requirements:
1. Fast Wi-Fi/Internet
2. Advanced proficiency in English speaking, comprehension, and writing
3. Availability 10_00AM - 6_00PM EST time
