Responsibilities:
Cold Calling and Lead Follow-Up: Contact leads provided by the marketing team via phone calls to introduce our products/services and assess their interest. Effectively communicate the value proposition and address any concerns or questions potential clients may have.

Proactive Client Approach: Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, such as industry events, online communities, and social media platforms. Engage in meaningful conversations, establish rapport, and present our offerings to create new sales opportunities.
Sales Performance and Targets: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals. Your earnings will be based on a combination of a competitive base salary and a generous commission structure that rewards you for your performance. The more deals you close, the higher your commission.
Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals will be highly valued.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be able to articulate complex ideas clearly, engage prospects, and build rapport with clients.
Persuasive Selling Abilities: Possess the ability to influence and persuade potential clients effectively. Showcase your ability to understand client needs, adapt your selling approach, and highlight the benefits of our
Resilience and Persistence: Sales can be challenging, and rejection is inevitable. We are looking for someone who can handle rejection positively, learn from setbacks, and persistently pursue opportunities.
Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with CRM software, lead tracking tools, and online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom) is preferred. Proficiency in using digital communication tools and social media platforms for lead generation is a plus.
