About the ---------- Moderator position:

We are looking for a ---------- Moderator to join our growing team. This role is for someone with experience in establishing a successful ---------- community. One of the main goals of this duty and that is to increase community engagement. *Any knowledge of stocks/finance is a plus*

We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with marked attention to detail.

Job tasks & responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate the ---------- server and streaming platforms, including chat messages, voice channels, and live streams.
• Enforce community guidelines and policies to maintain a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
• Address and resolve conflicts, disputes, and inappropriate behavior in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with community members, answer questions, and provide assistance when needed.
• Collaborate with the admins and marketing team to develop and improve community initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in online community moderation.
• Running community events
• Oversee raffles and giveaways

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge and understanding of ---------- server management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse community members
Experience in online community moderation or related roles is preferred
Availability to work PST hours
