Responsibilities:

As a manager at ChatWorkers AI, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams to achieve daily and weekly targets, which are set by your managers or by you, once we can trust you to do so. You will develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue by delegating and motivating the team or teams under you, and monitor and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement, train and coach tea ---------- mbers to improve their skills and performance, collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment of efforts with overall business goals, and maintain accurate records of progress.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong project management and organizational skills. You must have attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You must also have a proven track record of managing successful projects and teams, as well as a hunger for learning and growing within the company.
