Senior Architect Start today

Senior Architect required to urgently draw up scheme plans for a retail and apartment complex.
Must be available asap and able to do some long hours.

You will need to be able to have good spatial planning skills, and layout units for efficient design and ease.

Must have years of experience in Multi unit buildings.

Also rendering skills will be needed.

An understanding of planning and applying rules to a site is imperitave.

Must be available to work through each hour with our team, as we will chat instructions and ask for you to perform basic tasks like adjusting floor layouts and responding to our comments real time to move design forward.

Good drawing presentation skills is a must as we will be using the drawings for presentations for meetings.
