We're Unplugged - off-grid cabins in the UK countryside where guests lock their phones away for a 3 night digital detox to completely switch off and recharge.

You will responsible for:
Customer Support
Responding to live chats on our website
Responding to SMS enquiries via Slack from guests staying in our cabins
Troubleshooting issues for guests - diagnosing problems and booking/communicating with tradespeople where required
Responding to
Making changes to guest bookings
Communicating with cleaners and landowners where necessary
Helping with questions guests might have during their stay at the cabin
Responding to cleaner support enquiries in a timely manner
Providing our cleaning teams with guest booking updates when required
Reviewing, collating and sharing guest feedback with relevant teams
Organising the return of lost property from cleaners to guests
Placing online orders with suppliers for urgent stock and replacement items
Experience with Slack, Crisp, Notion and GoogleSheets would be ideal
