SEO Specialist

About The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the Australian SEO team on client SEO campaigns and content creation with the content team, from spearheading client search marketing campaigns and working to improve the client's website and landing page conversion rates.


While doing these you’ll be receiving ongoing training & mentorship.


This is a full-time role (40 hours a week).


Salary between ---------- PHP based on experience level - will be assessed as part of application.


Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):


Assist SEO team to setup, manage and optimise SEO campaigns.
Analyse analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing - etc) to squeeze as much ROI as humanly possible out of each dollar spent.
Identify SEO opportunities for clients.
Conduct SEO Site ---------- prehensive keyword research to identify opportunities.
Conduct strong ON page strategies.
Conduct off-site optimisation strategies and link analysis.
Create monthly reporting and data analysis.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in search, analytics and technologies.
Manage landing page and websites to install conversion code and tracking pixels.
Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing - optimisation.
Any other reasonable task as directed by your Team Leader / Manager.


About You
We are looking for a passionate SEO Specialist with a keen interest in the SEO industry who is motivated to learn and develop with us and grow alongside our agency.


We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience working within a digital agency. We are providing consistent training to upskill your level of SEO knowledge from our internal team to transition your skills into our processes, we also offer the opportunity to grow in certain areas such as content strategy, off-page and technical SEO.

You work well autonomously and use initiative to get things done
You have awesome energy and enthusiasm with a can-do attitude

You are tenacious and resilient; able to think on your feet and respond well under pressure
You must have a sound command of the English language; be able to compose well-written emails and have an excellent phone manner.
