Looking for a PPC expert (Google Ads)

What we are looking for:

A driven PPC expert (Google ads) to join our team. We're looking for a way to get clients to a higher level, as we want to focus more on getting sales, and leaving operations to an expert in the field.

What clients do we have

From webshops to gardeners that need leads. All Dutch Based clients that focus on getting leads or sales in The Netherlands.

What would we like you to do?

-Set KPI's for the client and monitor on these KPI's, these will tell if the campaign is performing well or bad.
-Use your hours to analyse campaigns, improve them and report back to us.
-After you put in the hours, put a small email and send it to us, as we will translate it and send it back to the clients. These are like mini reports to show the client like: Hey! we're working on it.
-Every month, on the last day of the month a report on performance of the specific month.
-Communication will be mainly via WhatsApp (if possible)

This is the first time we want to try and outsource work abroad. So i would love to see what your normal working proces looks like, how you'd love to report, how reports look etc.

What are we offering:

-You can start working this week.
-$5 to 10$ per hour based on experience.
-7 hours per month per client (to start)
-Multiple clients at once (let's start with 1-3 to test, if in 1 week it feels good, we'll do 10)

Hesitation

Right now we are working with Dutch speaking Clients only, as that's where our headquarters are at. So keyword, headlines etc will all be in Dutch. We need to know if you can handle this and how we will solve this. I think we can.

Future

So you'll be the first member in our abroad outsourcing work. If it works and clients stay happy, we'll be getting more staff in and you'll become team lead / manager.
