Responsibilities:
As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling video ads to drive conversions and attract customers. Here are the key responsibilities we expect from you:

- Quality is KEY!!!: Ensure that all video content meets our high-quality standards.
- Create Attention: Catching 1st Video Scene & Smooth Engaging-Informative Video Ads: Develop captivating opening scenes and create engaging-informative video ads that hold viewers' attention.
- Create Engaging & Eye-Catching Thumbnails: Design visually appealing and attention-grabbing thumbnails for our video ads.
- Create 3 Scroll Stoppers & 1 Thumbnail: Produce three scroll stoppers and one thumbnail to captivate potential customers while they browse through their social media feeds.
- High-Quality Video Ads of 20-45 Seconds: Edit video ads that are concise, effective, and fall within the 20-45 seconds duration.
- Great, Short & Simple Scriptwriting: Create concise and impactful scripts to accompany the video ads.
- Coachable & Flexible in Fine-Tuning The Workflow to our Style: Adapt and align with our preferred workflow and style while being open to feedback and adjustments.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Deliver on Time & Get The Job Done with High Quality!!!: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, meeting deadlines consistently and maintaining a high standard of work.
- Able to Speak & Write English Fluently: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Full Time (Work From Home): 5 Days/Week: Be available for full-time remote work, committing to five days per week.
- Large Sense of Responsibility: Show a strong sense of responsibility in handling tasks and projects.
- Work & Communicate with the team using Clickup System: Utilize the Clickup system to collaborate and communicate effectively with the team.
- Be Active & Responsive to Tea ---------- ssages Quickly During Working Hours: Maintain active communication and promptly respond to tea ---------- ssages during working hours.
- Willing to Learn & Grow with the Company: Display a growth mindset and eagerness to learn and develop professionally within our organization.
