Social Media Graphic Designer - Night Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be crucial in creating visually appealing marketing materials and campaigns for our company. Prior experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including branding, communications, advertising, email marketing, digital marketing, website design, and content creation is required. Experience in social media management and video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities
1. Contribute to brainstorming meetings and assist in the development of new ideas and concepts.
2. Stay current on design trends and refine design skills
3. Create visually appealing video campaigns for social media and e-mail marketing, while analyzing their impact.
4. Manage and maintain project deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of design projects.

Qualifications
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, communications, and graphic design.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and offer creative solutions.
4. Must have a reliable computer, a reliable internet connection, and a stable Power connection
5. Availability for Skype conversations with a headset.
6. Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, for 8 hours a day.

Requirements
1. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and all major social media platforms.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and campaigns that highlight your creativity, technical skills, and understanding of effective visual communication.
3. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines.
5. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging graphic design and marketing technologies.
6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
7. Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design revisions.
8. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
