We are a fast growing digital agency in the Shopify eco-system looking to add another project manager to the team to help oversee our clients projects and and our team.

We need a highly experienced project manager to fill the role immediately

Must have had past experience with project management for other digital agencies, preferably those in the Shopify/e-commerce space. These can include ad agencies, email agencies, website agencies, or development companies

WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INCLUDE?
-Using Clickup to assign tasks to member of the team and oversee progress of projects
-Daily communication with client providing them updates and answering there questions
-Communicating with the members of the team
-Managing and delegating work to tea ---------- mbers to maximize efficiency
-Organzing files and reports to their respective folders
-Tracking tea ---------- mbers time spend on tasks




DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
- You have at least 1 year of project management experience with a digital agency
- You must have strong spelling, grammar and communication skills and are able to comprehend and respond to complex English statements and slangs
-You are an expert with tools like Clickup, Slack or Notion
-You are familiar with Shopify and web design/devlopment
-You can work in European timezone
-You have a bubbly personality and love engaging with clients
-You are incredibly orgnaized
- You are meticulous and detail-oriented
- You are a self-starter and can work independently without supervision
- You are comfortable working with other people remotely
- You are open to change and feedback
- You are proactive and constantly finding new ways to improve your performance
- Say the words ‘orange bamboo’ at the end of your answer to the last question on your loom application.

- You will put in the extra effort to deliver desired results
