Senior Architect - Start asap - Apartment Condo Building design

Highly Experienced Senior Architect required to design a Residential Apartment building tower. Must have the experience to be able to commence the design for a high rise building from a bare site. You must be able to understand spatial planning, and have sets of concert plans you have produced to show us to give us comfort you are capable of heling up with the design of an apartment tower.

We will need you to perform renders, and multiple floor layouts and site plan ---------- is not difficult work, but we will spend alot of time working with you to go through different options.

While you work, we ask you are dedicated to working on our project solely, and screen share your screen through your workday, so we can provide input as you design. This is not to check on your work speed, but it is more so we can look at different options in great detail with you. We have a very interactive workplace, where we work with designers at every step.

Given the above, a good internet connection is required.
