Job Responsibilities:
As a Content Writer at The Men's Cave Singapore, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's online presence and engaging our target audience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales. Craft persuasive and engaging email content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to segment the email list and personalize messages for specific customer segments. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
SEO Optimized Content: Write and optimize website content, blog articles, product descriptions, and landing pages to improve search engine visibility and organic rankings. Conduct keyword research using paid AI and SEO tools to identify high-value keywords and phrases. Implement on-page SEO best practices, such as meta tags, headings, and URL structure. Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to ensure content aligns with the overall SEO strategy.
Collaboration and Research: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams, to gather information and insights for content creation. Leverage paid AI and SEO tools to optimize content, analyze performance, and generate data-backed insights. You will also need to have an open mind to learn and research on new skills to be aligned with the organisation requirements, including SEO Optimisation as well as the Storybrand marketing framework.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Proven Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Writer, preferably with experience in email marketing and SEO content writing. Provide a portfolio or samples of your work demonstrating your expertise.
Strong Writing Skills: Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Ability to write engaging, persuasive, and SEO-optimized content for different platforms and target audiences.

Email Marketing Expertise: Experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns. Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
SEO Knowledge: Some understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Some understanding in using SEO/ AI tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Frase.io. It's not a deal breaker if you lack skills in them, as long as you are willing to invest heavily in learning.
Creativity and Adaptability: Ability to think creatively, generate new content ideas, and adapt writing style to suit different platforms and brand voices.

Contract and Benefits: This is a fully remote position on a three-month contract as probation, with the potential for conversion to full-time employment based on performance. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for full-timer's benefits, including paid time off, career progression and more.
