BRIEF SUMMARY:

SM, the developer of ASIA'S BIGGEST MALL and the Philippines' LARGEST MALL CHAIN, is looking for individuals to be part of our SALES TEAM for its fast-rising residential condominium projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Male or Female
• Must be 18 to 35 years of age.
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Completed at least 2 years in college with 1 year Real Estate Sales experience.
• Willing to do field work within Metro Manila.
• Required skill(s): Presentation, Demonstration and Client Management.
• Accredited Sales Person under the PRC and HLURB is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage, sell and promote inventories of all SMDC projects.
• Find effective strategies to gain leads and convert to prospected clients.
• Prepare and facilitate client presentations.
• Render overall Customer Service.
