Are you looking for a Virtual Assistant position working for US company? Interested in working virtually, setting your own hours, and learning lead generation and selling?

An established scientific consulting business seeks Marketing Assistant to work remotely. Our company is a scientific consulting company providing science to product consulting services for the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.

Your Responsibilities As Our Marketing Assistant Will Include:

Research potential target companies
Identify who to contact at the company
Mine the web for contact information, name, title, address, email, and phone numbers on:
-Twitter
-Facebook
-LinkedIn
-And other sites as deemed appropriate
Maintain contacts within Pipedrive
Email lead generation
Email management and calendar maintenance for CEO
Project tracking
Other duties as assigned by the CEO

Additionally, you will be responsible for sending an email every day you work answering the following questions – (This is an ABSOLUTE MUST):
What you got done that day?
What challenges or obstacles you encountered?
What questions you have?
Qualifications We Are Looking For In Our Marketing Assistant

Applicants should be dedicated, responsible, creative, articulate, personable and an organized self-starter. The applicant should possess excellent writing and communications skills, be detail oriented and be able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously.

Additional Qualifications we are looking for:
-Proactive go-getter with high energy, fun, positive can-do attitude and work-ethic
-Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
-Reliable, detail-oriented and extremely motivated
-Strong people skills
-Candidate will work in a highly confidential environment and must maintain confidentiality at all times.
-Honesty, hard work (doing your best) and willingness to learn (we will put a lot on you to learn)
-Willing to attempt to work out the solution when you can and willing to ask for help when you can’t.

Hours + Salary:
– Minimum of 20 hours per week
– Position available immediately
– There is a 60 day trial period During the trial period, you will be paid weekly and at a lower initial rate of pay
Upon successful completion of the trial period, a raise will be awarded and you will be paid monthly.
Salary Range 8000-10000 php monthly depending on experience
