ELEMENTOR Web Designer & Developer for a Canadian Web Design Agency

Web Designer Position is now open at Consensus Creative web design & digital marketing agency. We’re a remote Canadian web design agency.

- If you have well-designed websites to show us made specifically in Elementor.

- For this position, we’re looking for an Elementor web designer + developer (you should be good at both, ---------- signing and developing Elementor sites, not just doing design or only doing development from mockups).

- Looking for a full-time position.


***JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS:***

- Design & develop stunning, beautiful websites in Elementor. You need to be good at both.

- Sometimes use HTML/CSS and advanced WordPress plugins such as Crocoblock Jet Engine.

- Basic SEO & graphic design (Figma/Adobe XD and Canva/Illustrator/Photoshop if needed).

- Experience using project management tools (training will be provided if needed).

- Full training with pre-made SOPs/checklists provided for web design & development. You will need to follow our processes for web design and development using Elementor and WP.

- Other design and digital marketing tasks as needed. Training will be provided if the task is outside of web design/basic SEO field.

We're a small web design & development agency based out of Canada. Our team is fully remote.

After three years in operation, we have already worked with the second biggest storage company in Canada, an award-winning music school in Toronto that produced world-famous artists like The Weeknd, and more. We have also earned dozens of awards and nominations in the web design community.

We are fully dedicated to providing amazing work for our clients, and we expect the same from you. We want someone who will work hard (and play hard!).


***BENEFITS: ***

- Salary: $ ---------- USD/month based on experience & portfolio.

- Full-time working hours (8 hours per day). Work during the Philippines' regular working time and a couple of hours during the Philippine's evening time so we can have meetings if needed.

- Work from home or anywhere you have reliable internet. Easy communication through Slack (daily) Zoom (when needed).

- Unlimited days off per year, as needed. If it's a busy period, you will need to work, if there's free time, then you can take a vacation. As long as work gets done we're flexible with Philippino holidays and paid days off.

- All the goodies: SSS, PhiHealth, HMO insurance, Pag-IBIG, 13th month, internet allowance if needed, Christmas bonus, annual salary increase based on performance.
