JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a talented and experienced WordPress Developer/Designer to join our team!

As our WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for creating, designing and customizing websites for our clients. You should have an in-depth knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and custom development. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and colleagues, and be able to manage multiple projects at once.

What You Will Do in This Position

Develop build outs for 15-page, templated, content-given websites
Develop landing pages/funnels
Deliver updates, tweaks and changes in tickets within the specified time frame.
Report daily updates through the ticketing system for each ticket worked on the day.
Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues or bugs.
Attend punctually to daily morning meetings at 9AM EST.
Be a team player and be willing to sacrifice for the good of your teammates and the company.
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on solutions and not problems.
Provide constructive criticism with potential solutions to challenges you see within your job and the company.
Maintain a clean workspace and pick up after yourself.
Build daily successful habits and routines to help yourself and your team.

You are an Ideal Candidate if You Have:
At least 5 years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer
Extensive SEO expertise
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
Familiar/comfort setting up Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
Experience using Zapier
Experience using Go High Level or other similar CRM’s
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

DO NOT apply if:
- You have developed fewer than 20 wordpress websites
- Not available full time EST
- Not willing to conduct zoom calls whenever necessary
- Not experienced with all relevant technical integrations
- Not well versed with technical SEO

Desirable Skills:
Experience with SEO and Page Speed practices and Technical SEO
