BDR Team Leader - Permanent WFH

DESCRIPTION AND INFORMATION: We are looking for efficient, dedicated loyal individuals that can contribute to our goal of being the best in class for a healthcare waste disposal company in the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
2. Oversee day-to-day operations, and set clear team goals
3. Focus on inside sales, which typically involves "cold calling" new clients
4. Monitor team performance and report on metrics; delegate tasks and set deadlines
5. Discover training needs and provide coaching
6. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
7. Set Sales Targets and Motivate the Sales Team; prepare Sales Reports


REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Virtual Assistant experience in Sales is required
- At least 2-3 years experience in supervising Sales Team
- Experience in ---------- or similar outbound call tool a PLUS!
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Dynamic, articulate, highly resourceful, analytical, and creative.
- Flexible – Willing to take on tasks, instructions, and/or work requests as needed
- Customer-focused – Someone who is willing to go the extra mile for their customers
- Resilient – Can work with less supervision, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and multi-task effectively
- Professional; fast learner & who can adapt to change


Basic Technical Requirements:

• Your own laptop/desktop PC with backup. The following minimum specs: i5 5th gen and above/AMD equivalent; 8GB RAM; Mozilla or Chrome installed
• A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 20Mbps with a backup internet connection
• Backup power source
• Noise-canceling headset/headphones
• A quiet and dedicated workspace at home
