Join the Sunguard team! We are a Children's Swimwear & Beach Lifestyle brand, looking for someone to set up and grow our Amazon Sales Channel.
This role is for part time because we will be starting with 'Self Fulfilment' and have under 15 products (that we own and manufacture with GTIN exemption). Room for growth when sales can justify FBA and increased ad spend.
Main duties will consist of (but not limited to):
-Manage all aspects of our brands store in Amazon Seller Central with the goal of growing revenue and profitability for each product.
-Ensure we are compliant, optimized and displaying correct information and current representation for each product.
-Align with the demand planning and supply teams to ensure that we’re always in stock, shipped on time and following Amazon’s processing requirements.
-Identify areas of opportunities to increase traffic and conversions using key word research, sales analytics and tracking tools.
-Understand and track our performance against our main competitors and execute plans for us to increase our market share.
-Oversee the management of technical issues to manage performance and troubleshoot account and catalog issues with a sense of urgency.
-Manage customer support inquiries through Amazon Seller Central
-Manage relationships with Amazon reps for information and support.
-Keep current with Amazon policies, programs and market trends.
-Weekly KPI update to monitor growth, performance, and conversion of Amazon sales channel and campaigns
2 or more years of progressive experience in Amazon ecosystem a must.
Vast experience with product listing optimization
Vast experience with Amazon ads/ppc
Strong communication skills
