Sourcing project managment and Supply chain Managment

Hello,
We are planning to expand our team to 4 VAs.
We are looking for someone skilled in sourcing and supply chain management. Most sourcing will be done in China but experience in other areas is a plus.
This person will be given Product Ideas and will be required to take the product from Idea to production.
Must be well organized providing a daily report on the status of jobs.
This person should be able to work independently with little guidance to complete the task needed.
Experience is a must for this position.
Hubstaff or similar software will be required.

Task
Finding new suppliers for products, negotiating cost
Planning stock levels needed (forecasting)
Managing new product projects.
Working with the existing team to create shipments needed.
Work with engineers to develop the products assigned
Find new suppliers for existing products
