About The Candidate

You will be joining a team of four, three of which are Philippine based. All clients are UK / European based so you will be working to UK time.

We have two other Wordpress Developers, one of which handles all aspects of graphic design.

The position requires :

- Good spoken and written English so that we can communicate easily
- Clear communication through problem solving issues
- Proactive approach with opportunities to improve processes and techniques
- Somebody who manages their time well and raises issues in advance of them becoming problems
- Somebody with agency experience (preferably with an English speaking agency - UK/USA/Australia)
- Somebody with at least 5 years WordPress experience

You should also:

- Have good reliable internet connection
- Be available for online meetings

About the Role

Specifically this role will carry the following responsibilities:

- Developing WordPress websites from previous templates or from PSD designs
- Managing websites on the companies servers
- Liaising with clients via email
- Having fun and being part of a team within a growing business

Verbal and written communication is very important. Additionally, there may be a requirement for communication directly with the client.

We use a collaborative project management tools (ClickUp & Slack) that tracks activities, time and email communications.
