Executive Level Project Manager for Online Lending Technology Startup

Executive level Project Manager needed for online lending startup. The cross-functional role will be involved in all areas of the business, with the first several months focused on website development, technology, and marketing.

Job duties:
Coordinate implementation of technology and product launch with software vendors
Work closely with CEO on executing marketing & business development plan
Assist with raising funds from institutions and private investors
Day to day management of the business & operations

Goals:
Launch phase 1/beta website (not automated)
Launch phase 2/live website that fully integrates with back-end lending software
Develop, refine, and automate lending guidelines
Execute the marketing plan and grow user base
Hire & train employees

Skills & Knowledge:
5+ years of project management experience
Highly organized and reliable
Technology implementation experience
Experience in a management role is required
Knowledge of accounting/finance & back-office operations is a plus
Abilities and Characteristics
Extremely driven and self-motivated
Able to learn new skills quickly and without direction
Willingness to work long hours & weekends to meet deadlines
Passion for entrepreneurial ventures and a fast-paced environment.

Other:
Absolute fluency in spoken and written English
Ability to work during US business hours
