[Hiring] Creative Thumbnail Designer for our YouTube channels

Hello there!

We're a UK and European-based creative agency and we're looking for someone with intermediate to expert experience.

Criteria that we’re looking for:

Someone who has a solid understanding of YouTube and how thumbnails function. Also must be knowledgeable about aspects such as spacing, colors, and titles that work well on YouTube.
Someone who is comfortable with several rounds of reviews. There is no limit to the number of review rounds we may go through. We will continue until the client is satisfied with the final thumbnail.
Must have a certain level of Photoshop Skills
An ability to work and adapt to tight deadlines
Strong English skills are required to communicate effectively within the team, and you should be available on platforms such as ---------- or Slack, ready to communicate promptly when needed.

Job role:

Create intriguing, clickable thumbnails that will hook the viewers into the ---------- pensation:

A fixed-rate per thumbnail or $10/hr depending on how fast you are.
