We are a boutique Singapore-based real estate company with 22 real estate agents with 5 fulltime staff and 2 fulltime editor in our team based in the Philippines and with staff benefits of SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG.

We are currently expanding our in-house media team and seeking a highly skilled and passionate Video Editor with TikTok video editing experience to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a Full-Time Tiktok Video Editor you will be responsible for producing high-quality short video content that that aligns with our brand's vision and marketing objectives.

You will edit, and deliver captivating videos that effectively promote our real estate brand and engage our target audience on ---------- om trimming and choosing footage, post-production editing and ultimately uploading the media to our social media platforms, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's presence online.


Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines
• Review and select raw footage, ensuring the best shots are chosen for editing TikTok videos
• Edit TikTok content with a focus on maximizing engagement, trends, and user preferences
• Enhance videos with appropriate transitions, effects, music, and sound design to make them TikTok-ready
• Ensure consistent branding and visual style across all TikTok video assets
• Incorporate feedback and revisions to deliver high-quality TikTok videos
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, features, and best practices to maximize the effectiveness of our content

Requirements:
•Proven work experience as a Video Editor, with a specific focus on creating TikTok videos
•Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

•Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, and visual aesthetics for TikTok
•Experience in creating viral content, leveraging TikTok trends, and optimizing videos for maximum engagement
•Solid knowledge of video formats, codecs, and exporting requirements for TikTok
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills
•Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver projects within deadlines
•Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work, including TikTok videos, is required

Location:
This is a remote position based in the Philippines. We welcome applications from candidates residing anywhere in the Philippines, as long as they have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment to fulfill the job requirements.
