JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Catalogue Specialist to join our ---------- this role, you will be responsible for actively managing our growing product catalogue, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date information, and well-organised product data. You will work closely with the brand management, supply chain, and data & technology teams to maintain a high-quality catalogue that meets the needs of our customers. This is a full time role (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri).

Role and Responsibilities:
Manage and update product catalogues, by ensuring accurate and complete product information, including descriptions, specifications and images. This also involves generating and assigning unique barcodes to each product in the catalogue, ensuring adherence to industry standards and requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate product data for inclusion in the catalogues.
Ensure consistency and quality of product information by conducting regular audits and data ---------- tegorise and classify products appropriately, creating a logical and user-friendly structure within the catalogue.

Qualifications and Skills:
High attention to detail and strong collaboration skills.
Experience working with product catalogues, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
Proficiency in using catalogue management software, content management systems (CMS), or product information management (PIM) tools is a plus.
Experience working with the Amazon ecosystem is a plus.
Familiarity with data management and data validation techniques.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve catalogue-related issues.
