- Manage full-funnel media plans and support pitches for paid performance campaigns to align with client's key performance indicators.
- Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms like: Google, YouTube, Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, and programmatic ads.
- Optimize campaigns using various data analytics tools, and identify opportunities to improve ROI and lead generation.
- Lead client communications when it comes to campaign performance.
- Adopt Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) practices and post-click analysis to optimize landing pages / microsites.
- Work with our in-house creative team to create thumb-stopping and attractive-looking ads
- Generate monthly reports showing the performance of digital marketing campaigns, as well as what recommended next steps to take.

Requirements:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experienced in running Google, Facebook/Instagram, Display and Video advertising campaigns
- Experienced in identifying the right audiences to target and create digital marketing campaigns that generate leads
- Knowledge in Google analytics 4 and data analysis for optimizations
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Knowledge of lead generation campaigns and performance marketing
- Good copywriting skills
- Motivated and independent worker
- Responsible for the results of clients' campaigns
- Team player in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree.
- Must be able to write, read, and speak English fluently.
