About The Role:
As a Salesforce Data Analyst, you will ensure that all data is accurate and up to date, monitor performance and metrics.
Responsibilities:

-Do Data Mapping: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the data requirements and map the existing data structure to the new Salesforce org, ensuring a smooth transition and data integrity.
-Do Data Cleansing: Analyze and cleanse the existing customer data, identifying and resolving any data quality issues or inconsistencies before the migration process begins.
-Do Data Migration Strategy: Develop a data migration strategy that aligns with the business requirements, including the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for migrating the data from the current org to the new org.
-Do Data Validation and Data Quality Assurance: Design and execute validation procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the migrated data, comparing it against the source system and identifying any
-Do Data Governance: Establish data governance policies and standards for the new Salesforce org, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Do Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of the existing customer data to uncover insights and trends that can guide decision-making during the migration process and help optimize the configuration of the new org.
-Do Custom Reporting: Create customized reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track the progress of the migration, provide visibility to project stakeholders, and monitor data quality metrics.
-Do User Training and Support: Collaborate with the training team to develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on how to effectively use the new Salesforce org and leverage the data for their specific business needs.
-Do Change Management: Assist in change management activities by conducting impact assessments, identifying potential risks, and providing recommendations to minimize disruption to business processes during the migration.
-Do Post-Migration Analysis: Evaluate the success of the migration by conducting post-migration analysis, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing recommendations for further improvements or enhancements to the Salesforce org.
Requirements:
On day one, we'll expect you to...
-Have a Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
-Have 3-5 years of progressive experience in Salesforce data analysis
-Possess strong knowledge of Excel (formulas and pivot table)
-Have a strong knowledge working with data from databases and source systems
-Have experience collaborating with business and IT teams
-Possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Have strong knowledge on reporting and dashboards
-Possess familiarity with data terminology and best practices
-Have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
-Have certifications in various products and services of Salesforce software (e.g., Salesforce admin, Cloud services, and app builder)
-Be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
-Be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
-Be willing to work in US Pacific business hours (8am-5pm PST which corresponds to 12am-9am PH time, if not DST)
