Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing automated workflows across our various business functions. You'll have the opportunity to influence the way we work, making a significant impact on our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain automation systems using tools such as Zapier, Make and other relevant technologies.
Work closely with different teams to understand their processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with the automated systems.
Document automation processes and provide training to staff as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Automations Expert.
Proficiency in Zapier, Make, and other relevant automation technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
