WHAT ARE WE LOOKING?
Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Business administration, or finance management
Three or more years of accounting and finance management work experience
Being a Certified Public Accountant is certainly an advantage
Possess a general understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) or the basic concepts surrounding business/client relationship
JOB DESCRIPTION
Regularly prepares monthly income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and budget analyses.
Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations
Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved.
Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations
