Customer Support and Marketing Assistant

Little Ripples is a socially responsible Aussie wine company. For every bottle sold, we provide 1 year of clean drinking water to 1 person in need. To date, we've provided the equivalent of 247,000 people with 1 year of clean water!

And we are looking for a talented Part-time Customer Support and Marketing Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities will include:
- Answer and solve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Finding and reaching out to influencers to collaborate with and collect UGC content.

Requirements:
- Willing to work during weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has problem-solving skills and empathy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Has good work ethics
