Expert Dev Needed to Optimize Static Pages to a 98+ on Google's Core Web Vitals Test

Highly Skilled Coder Needed for Web Page Optimization

I have a series of static HTML web pages that I need optimized to the extreme, not only high speed / ultra fast page load times but specifically, with a very high score on Google's Pagespeed Insights Tool:

The first page we'll start with is the most important, and it currently has the following score:
92 on Desktop
48 on Mobile

The goal is to get over 98 on Desktop and simply as high as possible on mobile.

The toughest part of this job will be how you think about optimization, and how to re-engineer code to optimize it.

I will be able to give you some guidelines and ideas but I am not a developer and will NOT be able to tell you exactly what to do.

I have a few notes and guidelines from a developer who is a professional at this, but that is the best I can offer.

I need YOU to roll up your sleeves and dig in and find out what it takes to make this happen.

You will need HTML, CCS and JavaScript skills

There are tracking codes installed on the page that we MUST keep that you will also need to optimize.

I will only hire for this job, someone who can demonstrate expertise and a willingness to do what it takes to make it work.
