Reporting to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include:
• Experience in successfully managing a high SKU business
• A very high level of attention to detail
• Well developed communication skills
• Strong management skills, especially ability to make effective decisions
• Able to clearly identify Marketing Opportunities
• Sales and stock analysis and reporting
• Managing orders, allocations product files/information and deliveries and follow up
• Maintaining remote internal and external supplier communications
• Preparing promotional samples and submissions
• Experience in overseas importing required
• Product registrations, order placement, shipment monitoring, WEB uploading and monitoring
• General administrative duties
Along side some of these key responsibilities we are looking for someone who has the initiative to be a self starter, resolve problems, be an effective communicator and someone who can develop strong working relationships with both stores and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will be a clear thinker with the ability to manage and analyse data, combined with strong prioritisation skills. Also a team approach is mandatory. n basic understanding of the Australian retail environment is also desirable with the ability to react quickly in a fast-paced remote retail support office environment. Computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook are also a ---------- sential to succeed in this role, the right candidate will have strong communication skills, enthusiasm, show initiative, drive, be a self motivator, and have the ability to think outside the square, manage their time effectively, be proactive and have a great sense of humor.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
