Email Marketing Coordinator

Hey there! Our agency is looking to have someone join our talented Email & SMS Marketing team to support with a few tasks. This role would be part-time, depending on the amount of work available. Guaranteed 5 hours/week, up to 10 hours/week. We're looking for someone with strong Klaviyo experience, familiarity with Google Sheets, Figma experience, and a deep understanding of email marketing metrics and design. Bonus points if you know your way around ClickUp and Notion!

Basic knowledge of Klaviyo's drag & drop email editor and experience using Figma are required for this role.

The roles & responsibilities include:
- Supporting our email designers by slicing emails in Figma (image-based) and uploading them into Klaviyo
- Supporting with email QA (quality assurance) to ensure every email we send is perfect and error-free
- Supporting with pulling metrics for weekly & monthly reports
- Keeping testing dashboards up-to-date using Klaviyo data
- Supporting with other ad hoc tasks related to email marketing, as assigned
