2 Send marketing everyday to these sellers(text messages)(voice messages) (emails)
3 This work should take no more than 2-3 hours a day. If it takes more than that, please tell me.
4 We will call the sellers back who respond to this marketing.
5 Only send this marketing out between the hours of 8 a.m. central time to 7 p.m. 7 days a week.
Daily tasks
1 Monday, Wednesday, Friday- For Rent Section- Find phone numbers and emails for "For Rent" homes (_/aday)

Look for houses that meet the following criteria
(Single family homes)
(no large multi-families(12+units),apartments,townhomes,condos, etc
(Avoid houses in.
Copy and paste each phone numberand email in a Google Spreadsheet
make sure each phone number is in the right format(555-555-5555)
Remove duplicates from last 60 days
Make sure all marketing is scheduled Monday through Friday
To clarify, you can scrape data fron Craigslist anytime that is convenient for you-as long as is done once every 24 hours

Rotate between all the email adresses and messages. Don't juss "cc"or "bcc" sellers Every day use a different email account. Rotate thru all the emails listed everyday. Text for the three emails.
