Virtual Assistant - Real Estate Marketing Management

Location: Remote

Are you a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for real estate marketing? We are a Toronto-based real estate agency looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with marketing management for our projects in Toronto and nearby cities. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:


Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with potential clients, nurture leads, and promote our real estate ---------- velop compelling content and implement effective strategies to drive conversions and maintain strong client relationships.
Social Media Management: Oversee our social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and ---------- velop engaging content, schedule posts, respond to inquiries, and monitor analytics to optimize performance.
Website Creation: Collaborate with our team to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our real estate projects. Utilize website builders and design tools to develop landing pages, registration forms, and lead capture mechanisms. Ensure the websites are optimized for conversions and provide a seamless user experience.
Lead Generation: Implement strategies to attract and capture leads for our real estate projects. Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website optimization, to generate a steady flow of interested prospects. Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are properly tracked and followed up on.

Requirements:

Prior experience in real estate marketing or a related field is highly preferred.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and CRM systems.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts for businesses.
Familiarity with website creation tools (e.g., WordPress, Wix) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Available to work during Toronto business hours.
