Site Supervisor

*Basic IT skills ( database, MS office etc.)
*at least 1yr. supervisory role
•A graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
•Should have handled a team of 20-30+ associates
•1-2 years’ experience with a major portion in team leading responsibilities
•Should have had prior experience in managing BPO/ESL processes
•Willingness to work in weekends/shifting
•Clear and good verbal and written communication skills
•Must be a very hands on individual who can roll up his/her sleeves to accomplish the desired results
