We're seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Virtual Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help us further grow our client base.
Job Description:
The Virtual Sales Assistant will support our sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, creating sales presentations, and managing our CRM. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather contact information.
Assist in creating impactful sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
Manage and update client information in our CRM regularly.
Support the sales team with scheduling meetings and following up with potential clients.
Prepare reports on sales metrics, as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales support role or similar position.
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong research and analytical skills.
Must be detail-oriented and an organized team player.
