Real Estate Virtual Assistant

American real estate company seeking to hire a virtual leasing agent for a rental apartment community for university students in Arizona. Must have excellent verbal and written skills (American English). Contact students and their parents and assist them in providing information regarding the property, availability, collect pertinent information, take detailed notes, schedule virtual tours, and close the sale.

40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday) on Arizona time.

Requirements:
Experience in Entrata, Yardi, OneSite, AppFolio highly preferred. Must have excellent IT skills.
Experience in property management, residential leasing, and sales required.
