Real Estate Virtual Assistant NEEDED ASAP!!

Virtual Assistant is responsible for Blasting Deals, Listing deals, assisting CEO & Marketing Project Manager with Various tasks.

Duties and responsibilities

• Blast Wholesale Deals to Buyers, through Aweber, Buyers On Fire, etc.
• Post On Craigslist, backpage, ebay classifieds Daily
• Finds comps to JV deals or deals that have no comps to put in the blast email or listing
• Respond to buyers who are wanting to buy home, have questions about the deal, or if he/she cannot respond to buyer or cannot answer the buyer, forward email to CEO.
• Responsible for all listings. Check if they are sold or available and change status accordingly.
• Handle Birddog leads from IFLIP. Give them routes, answer their questions, and also post ads to recruit new bird dogs.
• Will be in charge or tracking Direct Mail and Also sending out Direct Mail. This will also be a task shared with the GSM.
• Extract Z-Buyer Leads
• Extract Craigslist Leads. Buyer leads from backpage and eBay classifieds as well.
• Extract Buyer Leads and get leads via email or podio from the rest of the team.
• Scrape sellers from craigslist, once the sellers respond wanting to sell their home, forward the email to proper
• Clean up seller leads app for entries that are not sellers. Spam or other irrelevant email.
• Fix excel data and/or add data in excel spreadsheets.
• ALL DATA ENTRY TASKS
• Report To CEO Daily


Qualifications

Qualifications include:
• Understands Marketing
• Understands Podio and similar CRM platforms
• Knows and Understands Real Estate Investing (Wholesaling)
• Detail Oriented
• Self Starter
• Understands Technology and can follow instructions

Working conditions

The Virtual Assistant will work remotely and virtually. He /She will be managed by a manager and will work, deliver content, blast deals at the time that suits the Company. Since there will be a time difference because of different time zones, He/She will have to work at the desired time or schedule automated jobs to go out on the desired time.

Detailed Requirements

Blast Wholesale Deals To Buyers:
1. Blasting will be done as soon as he/she gets the lead. First blast the deal to VIP buyers and then blast it to the whole list by 8:00am.
2. You will set Aweber and Buyers on Fire up to blast 8:00am PST the next Automatically and get the other marketing channels ready and then make them live at 8:00am PST the next day.


Posting to Craigslist:

1. You will Use the Post To Profits System which will be explained in the Video Below
2. You will Post These Monday-Friday 11:30am PST & 4:30PM PST.
3. I will provide the Craigslist Accounts, Pictures, Content and show you where to post these.
4. This is very important and cannot be missed on any day!

Extract Z-Buyer Leads:
3. Extract Leads from z-buyer and put them in Buyers On Fire
4. Do This Every day as leads come in Mon-Fri

Extract Craigslist Leads

5. Find specific leads of buyers who are looking for deals and then send them an email-using tout.
6. Find specific leads of sellers who are looking to sell and then send them an email-using tout.
7. Do this for Craigslist, eBay Classifieds, Backpage, forsalebyowner.com, owners.com.


Extract Buyer Leads:

1. Extract Leads from Podio and put them in BOF
2. Do this for Rent 2 Own Buyers
3. Do this for Cash Buyers
4. Do This Everyday as leads come in Mon-Fri


Report Daily To CEO:

1. Report Everyday by Filling out a Daily Review Form
2. Do all this before 6pm PST Mon-Friday
3. Very important! Do not miss a day, you will get a copy of the form after you fill out the form for your own training and growth.
