-Preferably Have knowledge of Customer/Guest Services

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Do day-to-day phone calls and assist guest to gain 5-star reviews from them. Should always put the guest's needs and feelings first. Should do fluent conversations with the guest to gain positive reviews and address the guest's needs
