Social Media VA

Hi there,
We are looking to find a trustworthy and reliable VA who will be able to manage different social media accounts, gather social media data, and use it to improve our social media strategy, and also use this information to create targeted Ads/DMs that will reach the right people and potential leads/clients.
The ideal candidate will have to be comfortable with the following tasks:
1. LinkedIn account management: setting up a page, content creation, content scheduling and posting, and sending personalized DMs to potential clients/leads; follow/unfollow new clients/leads
2. Instagram: researching Instagram accounts, follow new IG handles and creating a database with contact details of potential clients/leads, liking posts and commenting daily, and sending personalized DMs to potential clients/leads
3. Pinterest account management: content creation, content scheduling, and posting; tracking analytics and account performance database
4. YouTube: content creation, content scheduling, and posting; repost of IG reels and shorts/repost; tracking analytics and account performance ---------- ndidates are expected to:
High school diploma or GED
Over three years of experience in a Virtual Assistant role
Good grasp of both qualitative and quantitative data
Good communication
Proficiency in Canva or other editing apps
Proficiency in Later or other scheduling apps
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet apps
Submit proof of identity
Submit DISC profile,
and,
Perform a small task to test their abilities.
