We are a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for a skilled Video Editor and Short-Form Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for editing various types of videos, creating engaging short-form content, and utilizing the latest AI tools to enhance your work. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and improving the quality of our video content across different platforms, including social media channels, YouTube, client projects, and training materials.

Responsibilities:

Edit and enhance video shorts for distribution on our Social Media channels.
Edit and optimize videos for our YouTube channel, ensuring high-quality content and effective storytelling.
Edit and customize client video projects to meet their specific requirements and expectations.
Edit and refine training videos, ensuring clarity and educational value.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and video production, and provide ideas and recommendations for improving our video content.
Collaborate closely with the team, ensuring effective communication on project progress and updates.
Work with quick turnaround times, delivering high-quality edits within tight deadlines.
Utilize suitable equipment and software for video editing and rendering, and ensure a reliable internet connection for uploading videos.


Requirements:
Proven experience as a Video Editor and Short-Form Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
Proficient in using the latest AI tools and software for video editing, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs. (opus.pro, descript)
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills, ensuring effective collaboration with tea ---------- mbers and stakeholders.
A keen eye for detail, creative storytelling abilities, and a deep understanding of visual aesthetics.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and deliver high-quality work within tight ---------- lf-motivated and proactive, always seeking new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and enhance the quality of video content.
