Amazon General Store & Account Health Managers Assistant for Amazon Dropshipping Business

Looking for a highly-qualified Amazon dropshipping expert to take care of the daily operations as it pertains to the Amazon dropshipping business and they work with the current Store Manager to ensure account health is always in good ---------- ndidate must meet ALL skills outlined in this job post and have experience in the following tasks:

- Account health metrics (Order-defect rate, late-shipment rate, cancellation rate, valid tracking rate)
- Listing management (check stocks, reprice, set minimum and maximum price)
- Contacting suppliers via Phone, Email, or Chat
- Email management (Sorting Inbox, reply if necessary in a professional manner)
- Order processing
- Confirming shipments
- Uploading tracking ID's and creating FTNs
- Returns & refunds
- Customer service
- Plan of Actions (if needed)
