Virtual Recruitment Assistant

I would like someone to be my right-hand person with an emphasis on attention to detail. The assistant must be available FULL-TIME to me to work during my working hours, Pacific Standard Time. The hours I would like to hire are from 7am Pacific Standard Time (PST) - 3pm PST Monday-Friday (five days a week). You would get my Saturday & Sundays off, which would start early Sunday morning PHST (Phillipines). Some days I may need you to stay on working longer but on those days you will receive overtime. Examples I need assistance with:

Personal
- Manage my inbox
- Daily to-do’s - Help keep me structured
- Help create SOP’s/systems/processes and documenting them
- Create a daily summary at the end of the day
- Help create my schedule every single week

Act On My Behalf
- Answer Questions for Tea ---------- mbers
Talent Acquisition (Training will be provided)
- Process Applications - Needs to be HIGHLY detailed oriented
- Post New Job Positions on ATS - Needs to be EXTRA highly detailed oriented
- Post Within Facebook Groups
- Update Facebook Posting Cities
- Ensure Consistent Updates for Team
- Post Leads for Recruiters
- Data Entry Work

Requirements:
- I need to know your access to the internet and your computer specs, as your computer will need to be able to handle a lot of tabs open at once. 16 GB of RAM preferred.
- I need to make sure I can hear you clearly through your headphones. If I cannot hear you properly, you will be disqualified.
- I need to know your ability to multi-task on a scale 1-10
- I need to know your availability and schedule (can you take on extra days or work longer/earlier if need be)
- I need a extra HIGH attention to detail
- I need someone ASAP but I need the right person.
- I need someone with a Paypal account as that is how you are paid.
- I need someone who has a LastPass account as I will share passwords with you through this.
- I need someone with a VPN.

I want to work with someone long-term, so they would get their own custom email with my business. There is a 90-day trial as you need to be fluent in English, reading, writing, and speaking. If you are familiar with ClickUp, please state so as this is a huge plus. If you have a marketing background, also a huge plus. Pay will increase if you make it through the probation period.
