Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team in the areas of business development, outreach, and website management. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media content, researching and connecting with homeschool groups, managing client inquiries, working in CRM systems, and maintaining and enhancing WordPress websites. This role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of various digital tools, and a strong interest in supporting our mission to empower teens through innovative educational programs.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in administrative support, social media management, website management, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of digital tools, including Google Sheets, CRM systems, social scheduling tools, ChatGPT, and WordPress.
3. Strong research skills and ability to identify relevant homeschool groups, organizations, and state-specific education information.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
