Graphic Designer - Contractor

This will be a contract role, without an end date. Graphic Artists support our Account Managers and Project Managers. You will receive requests to create/recreate designs and virtuals for client projects with a timely and accurate delivery.

Qualifications:
• Fluent in English reading & writing, required.
• Proficient Computer Skills (Ex: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, Slack communication channel), required.
• Proficient in Photoshop illustrator Task Management Software, required.
• Experience digitizing and redrawing to vectored file, preferred.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, required.
• Must be available between 8am-5pm EST, required.
• You must own a recent computer that runs Windows 10. You will need a reliable internet connection--at least 8 Mbps up and down speed and a dedicated space in your home to work, ---------- sential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create Designs for Client Projects (ex. t-shirts, brochures, flyers, etc.).
• Create Virtuals for Client Projects (ex. placing client’s logo on an item).
• Recreate Artwork (ex. converting a png image to a vector image).
• Assist lead graphic designer with design projects (ex. ads, flyers, designs to go on items).
• Assist lead graphic designer with day to day responsibilities, as needed.

Schedule and Days Off:
Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Standard Time (8:00
PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time) with a 1-hour mid shift break. The hours will adjust for US Daylight Standard Time in the ---------- is expected that the contractor notifies their manager at least an hour before the start of shift in case
of absences or ---------- the event of an emergency or other similar conflict, the designer will give
their manager as much notice as possible if there is a possibility of interruption to the services, whether the interruption is temporary or long term.

Payment Services:

JH agrees to pay an amount of $600.00 (six hundred US dollars) per month for the first thirty days of their contract. If the manager considers the contractor is performing up to a level consistent with thirty days of the contract, the amount will increase to $750.00 (seven hundred and fifty US dollars) per month. Raises will be evaluated annually after that on the contract start date.

JH also agrees to a $50.00 per month internet stipend to assist with a reliable internet connection for the contractor.
