Responsibilities:
- Enhance site functionality by optimizing and refining custom plugins.
- Improve and customize theme templates for better design and user experience.
- Optimize the onboarding user journey for seamless user experience.
- Create sales pages to drive conversion and generate conversions.
- Perform site maintenance tasks such as caching, performance optimization, and content updates.

Required Competencies:
- WordPress development - PHP, CSS, and JS.
- Experience with WordPress plugins like WooCommerce, bbPress, and Sensei LMS.
- Familiarity with AI tools for development process enhancement.
- Proficient in working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Bonus skills in video.js, Python, and React.

Duration: Ongoing part-time position (1-2 days/week), with flexibility to work with other clients.
