Classified Advert Website

Hey Everyone,

I'm looking for a talented programmer to build a website from scratch, including both the frontend and backend functionality with an admin panel to manage customer accounts and listings.

In brief the website will have sections for new machines and used machines, think of it as buying and selling a car. It'll need an area for customers to register and a management panel for them to create their listings, including things such as photos and specifications/descriptions of the item they wish to sell.

There will be a free plan where the customer will have x amount of free listings with the option for a paid plan where their listings will be unlimited. Listings will need to be hidden after 90 days where the customer needs to manually refresh their listing. The website will also include featured advert space for their company banners etc so keep that in mind with design.

Payment subscriptions and payments in general will be taken through PayPal so knowledge of that would be a bonus, perhaps with further integration with accounting software like Xero where invoices will be issued.

That's a very brief overview but I would like to go into much more detail and discuss with someone the broader picture of my requirements. If applicants could please provide a CV, examples of previous work and quote their hourly rate or give any indication of how long such a project will take that would be greatly appreciated.
